Nicole van der Maas

Nicole studied Dutch Law at Maastricht University and was admitted to the bar in 1992. She has extensive experience in commercial advisory and litigation practice, particularly in contract law. She also has a strong interest in employment law, civil procedural law, and intellectual property law.  

In addition to her work as a lawyer, Nicole has enthusiastically provided guest lectures on contract law to students at Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.  

Where possible, Nicole contributes to preventing disputes or finding effective solutions for them. A constructive approach and cost-conscious service are her guiding principles. When necessary, Nicole also represents her clients in legal proceedings.  

Nicole is registered in the legal practice areas register of the Netherlands Bar Association with the following primary (and sub) areas of law:

Based on this registration, she is required to obtain ten training points in each registered primary area of law every calendar year, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association.
